Hyatt Place Delray Beach

“I stayed here for a weekend, shopping trip for my birthday. Honestly, for a three star hotel it is about as good as it gets! The elevator is very efficient. I was on the 12th floor so I had no problem getting up and down. The weekend I stayed there was a wedding so the breakfast on Saturday morning was not as abundant as I would’ve hoped, but it was still sufficient for the price. During the week the breakfast was much more abundant Monday morning was very delightful. The location is perfect. There are many restaurants nightclubs shopping pretty much anything you’re going to need is walking distance. You can even walk to the beach if you have that persuasion but it’s very very hot out so it’s very cheap Uber. The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment I got in. It was very easy to check in very straightforward. Got my key got up to my room less than 10 minutes to check in and get up. The room was clean. They even had a little welcome baggie with snacks for me, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. The shower pressure is amazing. I took as many showers as humanly possible just to enjoy the water pressure and hot water. Summer views have reported issues with sound, but I had no such problems until the morning when the maids were coming through and it was about 10 AM so that is not anything to sneeze about. My one calm is that the TV was a little bit tricky to understand when you turn it on a guide just comes up and starts rolling and there is no instructions on how to connect your phone to the TV or to change the channels, Just start pressing buttons and something will work. I absolutely love the layout, because if you are ordering a car, it does not matter which side of the hotel. The car pulls up because there are glass doors on both sides of the lobby, which make it very easy to see anyone coming in so when my driver pulled up, I could very easily get in my car. He didn’t have any problems using the valet. All in all for a three star at the price it can’t really be complained about. It’s clean. It’s quiet. It’s in the heart of downtown.”

“Love the Hyatt in Delray! Its inside absolutely amazing. All the Art Objects. Its perfect at the Hot Spot from Delray, but also really quiet. Lot of Parking Spots. Easy to walk to any Place you need; Publix only 10 Min. Restaurants or Bars across the Street, Public Park 2 Minutes, Canal for Boat Tour 5 Minutes. Easy to drive from Hyatt to some special Places like Gambo Lambo, or other Trails. No Possibilities in Delray to drive on the Beach, less Space = small Beach, too many Tourists, dirty and destroyed = I looked only for a Place to let my Dog run, but its not really Dog friendly Beach. Stuff in the Entrance in Hyatt, the Barkeeper and the other working People there are really nice. Little Problem was, that it takes mostly until 3 pm and later that the Room was cleaned. And while I was there every Day something went wrong = forget the Garbage, forgot the Handkerchiefs.... If you are an European like me think about, that in this Hyatt there is no Possibility to open a Window in the Room= no fresh Air. And there are no Balconies = no fresh Air. They got AC. If I travel once again to Delray I would choose the Hyatt there again. Great modern quiet Hotel at a perfect Place! Pineaplle Street, all the Stores with Art! And on my Friday there was a huge Street Party with lots of Art!!”

I would gladly stay at this hotel again solely based on her exceptional customer service. Furthermore, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-organized.
